Hi there! My name is Natalie Deutman and I am a Hairstylist/ Makeup Artist based in St. Louis Missouri. I have been independently licensed since 2004.  I come from a family of hairdressers and grew up starting my business in the salon my family still owns and operates since 1991.  I just recently became a small investor of that salon, Hair Perception and Designs, and plan to one day make the commitment of full ownership so I can continue on the legacy, allowing other talented stylists to run their business and thrive as independent entrepreneurs.  But for now, I enjoy being behind the chair taking clients and running my small business from my private studio located inside HP&D Salon.

 

I have a few years behind my belt so I have seen some trends come and go, but my specialties these days lean more towards Dimensional Color, Natural Grey Blending, Short Textured Cuts,  Makeup, Extensions, Men's Fades and Beards.  I love to create picture perfect looks and keep up with all the latest trends and new techniques and how to apply them to your hair while maintaining the structure and integrity for the healthiest look. I use environmentally sustainable high end hair products and color from a Zero Impact company called Davines and make it a point to keep a low carbon footprint any way I can.  I take pride in keeping sustainability behind my chair and hope my clients will follow the footsteps to better themselves, their hair,  and the environment.

 

If I'm not educating myself on the newest and upcoming trends and anything to improve my business and my clients experience in my chair, I'm learning to be a new mom to my son Reed and a fireman's wife to my husband Jesse. I love spending my extra time with my family and watching our little one grow into this smart little bundle of personality.  I enjoy spending a lot of time outdoors, gardening, hiking, bike riding, and planning a family trip or two.
