I'm so excited your thinking about coming in to give me a try!! Here's what you can expect when becoming a new client.....
First things first...
You'll want to go and request an appointment online by clicking the link below. From there you will be asked to create an online file, pick your services you would like to have done (up to 3 services can be added), and then fill out a digital consultation form. Being that you are a NEW CLIENT I ask that you please add the service for a "First Appointment Consultation". This service allows us to have a little extra time to talk about what look you're trying to achieve and also help me better analyze your hair and scalp needs. After you have finished putting in all your info and sent the request, I will look over the time, services, and any notes you left me. If everything looks over good you should receive a text/email that your appointment was approved and a confirmation reminder before your appointment date.
*Note: A credit card is required to book an appointment. You will not be charged anything on that card unless you break the cancellation/no-show policy.*

Welcome...
Yay you made it! I'm so happy to have you here! If you have arrived early please feel free to come inside, relax in our beautiful open and airy waiting area, help yourself to a coffee/water or snack and I'll come greet you and show you around the salon. Once you are ready we can get settled into my studio and get to know each other a bit better.
Lets Talk...
Now is the time where we can start talking about your hair expectations or any hair issues you may be having. I'm all ears at this point and analyzing every thing you say to figure out how to accomplish your beauty goals. This part is most important and I wont start working on you until I'm sure that we are on the same page. Pictures are the best way to show me what you are trying to achieve. So if you did a little picture saving on your phone, send them my way!
Time to do my thang!...
This is where I get to have some fun and do what I love! Some of my color services may take some time to accomplish. It can be a process! But I do my best to try to make that time go as fast as possible and not be so boring either. I love to get to know you and you might start to see my chatty personality come 0ut to play. If I get really quiet then I'm probably in my "perfecting zone" and really focused on getting the technique done just right. Processing time for color is usually the "chill time" and this is when I will usually take a minute to write down notes, clean up messes, talk about some products for at home maintenance, or a great time for you to get out of your chair and stretch your legs a bit and grab a drink or snack.
The final touches...
Hopefully I have accomplished your desired look, or the beginning steps to your dream hair. After I apply the final touches, I will hand over the mirror for you to get a 360 look and then go over how to maintain your style at home until I see you again next time. At home care is a very important to maintaining your in-salon investment. My products are specifically designed to help you take care of your hair until I see you in next, which can be weeks into months, so let me help send you home with all the right stuff. Before I send you on your way to enjoy your day, I'll ask to take a few photos to keep in your file for us to look back on and/or with your approval ask if I can share them on my profile page so I can share my artistry with others.
