Now lets get you in my chair!

 I'm so excited you decided to give me a try!!  Here's what you can expect when becoming a new client..... 

First things first...

 

You'll want to go and request an appointment online by clicking the link below.  From there you will  be asked to create and online file and pick your services you would like to have done, up to 3 services can be added.  Being that you are a NEW CLIENT I ask that you please add the service for a "New Client Pre-Consultation".  This service allows us to have a little extra time to talk about what look you're trying to achieve and also help me better analyze your hair and scalp needs.   After you have finished putting in all your info and sent the request, I will look over the time, services, and any notes you left me.  If everything looks over good you should receive a text/email that your appointment was approved and a confirmation reminder before your appointment date. 

*Note: A credit card is required to book an appointment.  You will not be charged anything on that card unless you break the cancellation/no-show policy.*

Upon arrival...

For now I ask that you please remain in your car and send me a little "Hi I'm Here" text with your name and I will hurry back with a response whether I am ready for you to come in or to just hang tight and I'll be ready for you soon.  I am a very picky cleaner so I want to make sure everything is perfect, tidy, and sanitized for your arrival. 

Time to come on in ...

Once I've deemed my salon in perfect order, I will send you a text to come on in and greet you inside. I will show you where you can put your things and then you can have a seat. 

Lets Talk...

Now is the time where we can start talking about your hair expectations or any hair issues you may be having.  I'm all ears at this point and analyzing every thing you say to figure out how to accomplish your beauty goal. This part is most important because hairdresser terminology can be different then client terminology and sometimes we can get lost in translation and I wont start working on you until I'm sure that we are on the same page.  Pictures are the best way to show me what you are trying to achieve so if you did a little picture saving on your phone, send them my way!  

Time to do my thang!...

This is the part where I get to have some fun and do what I love!  I must warn you that some of my services can take some time to accomplish but I do my best to try to make that time go as fast as possible and not be so boring either.  I love to get to know you and you might start to see my chatty personality come 0ut to play.  If I get really quiet then I'm probably in my "thinking zone" and really focused on getting it done right.  Processing time for color is usually the "chill time" and this is when I will usually take a minute to write down notes, offer you a drink or snack, talk about some products for at home maintenance, or even a minute to get out of your chair and stretch your legs a bit.
